These do it the least for me, but they have a certain quality that I know the client most likely will respond to based on the previous cover for this title. With a little matte lamination and perhaps a spot UV here and there, these can end up looking decent. It's the high gloss that makes tsuff look cheap. Take any famous designers cover and slap high gloss lamination on it and tell me it ain't so.

Yeah, I don't think so either, but maybe they will consider to play with it a bit more till it is what they need it to be...
